The weekend includes morning Tai Chi/Qigong sessions from a master instructor, training in nutrition, personal and career goal setting, exercise techniques and tips to stay, younger, healthier, longer!

Cocktail reception from 5pm-8pm – meet the Speakers! Cocktails and appetizers will be served at the Palms Tower, 6th Floor, Suite 6200, JW Marriott. (Not the Palms Hotel!!) Come and meet local community leaders, the speakers and fellow attendees. This will be an exciting social welcoming!!

$495/per person includes, 2-night stay at the JW Marriot, cocktail reception, breakfast, lunch Saturday, breakfast Sunday, trip to Red Rock Canyon National Park, gift bag full of goodie. All sessions.

$395/person if you bring a friend and share a room ($790 for 2 – double occupancy) Includes all the above!

Molly Sheridan, adventurer and ultra-marathon runner. At age 48 Molly’s doctor  told her was too old to begin running. Following her own advice she ran across the Sahara Desert, completed over 40 ultra-marathons including the 135 mile non-stop Badwater Ultramarathon and was the first American woman to attempt and complete the 138 mile non-stop La Ultra The High race in the Himalayas traversing over two 18,000 ft mountain passes. She has been featured among the “Women Who Move” in Women’s Running Magazine; on Adventure Woman Radio; Nevada Public Radio KNPR; The Christian Science Monitor, and The Las Vegas Review Journal. The documentary ‘Molly’s Run’ documenting Molly Badwater run received the coveted Kobe Award. Molly’s message is simple, run and walk for health and adventure!

Daniel Howell combines the science of human nutrition and the practicality of real life to inspire people to fuel their bodies for ultimate performance. As a registered dietitian, licensed massage therapist, and certified personal and group fitness instructor, Daniel has worked nationally to educate and lead others to achieve the life they have always wanted to live. Through his company, Triple Threat Wellness, Daniel has the opportunity to impact individuals with their diet, nutrition and health.

Also an accomplished ultra-marathon runner, Dr. Bill has been featured on the Today Show, Popular Science Magazine and CNN. He earned his Ph.D. in Molecular and Population Genetics and will share the latest information on staying younger, healthier, longer!

Meet Master Tai Chi Instructor Karen Hannegan;

Karen has traveled and studied worldwide with teachers and healers from many traditions. She received initiations into esoteric practices in Buddhist and Taoist traditions, and apprenticed under her Dharma Teacher and Mentor for over twenty years. She has been fortunate to have studied with several renowned Tai Chi and Qigong Masters. She has studied Taoist arts with Taoist Master Doctor Lily Siou, Honolulu HI; Doctor Shan-Tung Hsu, Seattle WA;  Master Lili Q’in of the Tai Chi and Qigong Wellness Center, Tacoma WA; Dr. Paul Lam of Tai Chi for Health, Australia/USA; Lei Danxin, Tai Chi, Qigong, and Chinese Calligrapher, Portland OR; Master Liu He of Ling Gui International Healing Qigong School, Portland OR, focusing on Internal Alchemy for Women and Jade Woman Qigong. Karen utilizes energy work, meditation, movement, breath work, and other modalities to assist those seeking a deeper experience of their life path through times of change. Her expertise includes tai chi and qigong, chakra meditation, intuitive and spiritual guidance. She especially values the deep healing properties of Nature as a means to health and wholeness and spends as much of her time as possible hiking in remote areas of the Western United States. Karen is also a photographer and illustrator and lives in Portland Oregon.
