The Dirty Wookie 10K is a point-to-point 10K starting from Downtown Reno and finishing at the Brewer's Cabinet Production Facility. Run or walk and celebrate Halloween and all things Wookie - featuring the Dirty Wookie Brown Ale - at this epic third annual event!

SHUTTLE: We have arranged for shuttle buses to transport runners to the start line. The shuttle is $5 per ticket. You can purchase tickets online. You can choose to opt out of the shuttle if you have transport to the start line, and transport after you finish.
We advise against the use of headphones so you can hear course marshals and safety personnel. However, if you want to use them we ask that you only use one earbud to keep an ear free.
We love our furry friends but we cannot permit dogs to be on course.
This race will go on rain, snow, or shine. Safety of our runners, staff, volunteers, and City workers is our number one priority. In the rare event of extreme weather conditions that are deemed unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel the event.

COURSE & AID STATIONS
This is a point to point road race. Runners will get spectacular views of the Truckee River as they run from east to west in this exciting 10K event. The course is mostly flat, with a gradual uphill to the finish line. The course is a mix of the Truckee River path and surface streets.
New for 2019- The course will start on Stevenson St, between 1st & 2nd Street before jumping on the Truckee River Path

STROLLERS & WHEELCHAIRS
The course can accommodate strollers and wheelchairs, HOWEVER, the buses cannot.
If you have a stroller, children age 4 and under or a wheelchair, you MUST find transportation to the start line.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
There is NO PARKING at the race start! If you do not want to take the bus, you can be dropped off at the start line located at Stevenson St, between 1st & 2nd St.
Parking will be available at the finish line, The Brewer's Cabinet Production Facility on White Fir Street (see Parking)
When you turn onto White Fir Street, we will have plenty of parking guides leading you into the correct parking areas
At the start line, we will provide:
coffee, water & breakfast snacks
complimentary bag drop; belongings transported to the finish line* (opens at 8 AM)

RACE STARTS AT 9:00 AM
Free parking is available at the finish line, near The Brewer's Cabinet Production Facility on White Fir Street, beginning at 7:30 AM.
When you turn onto Woodland Avenue from 4th Street, look for volunteers who will be directing traffic.
We have arranged for shuttle buses to transport runners to the start line. The shuttle is $5 per ticket. You can purchase tickets online. You can choose to opt out of the shuttle if you have someone dropping you off at the start line. First shuttle will leave at 7:45 AM.
Please note; the buses are not allowed to transport children age 4 and under, strollers, or wheelchairs. You will need to find transportation to the start line if this applies to you. We apologize for any inconvenience!
There is NO race day parking at the start line!
